Welcome to the Server Broker Reseller Panel. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
- Company: Refers to Server Broker.
- Reseller: Refers to the individual or organization utilizing the Server Broker Reseller Panel services.
- Services: Refers to the server management, reselling, and related tools provided by the Company.
2. Account Usage
2.1 The Reseller is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and is liable for all activities conducted through their account.
2.2 The Reseller shall use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Billing Cycle: All services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless specified otherwise.
3.2 Due Date: Payments are due on or before the specified due date indicated in the invoice.
3.3 Late Fee: If payment is not received within 3 calendar days of the due date, a late fee of 10% of the total outstanding amount will be applied.
3.4 Suspension: If payment is not made by the due date, the services will be suspended immediately.
3.5 Termination: If payment is not made within 7 calendar days after the due date, the services will be terminated, and all data associated with the services may be permanently deleted.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 No refunds will be issued for any services once they are provisioned, except in cases where the Company is unable to provide the agreed services.
4.2 Any disputes regarding billing or payments must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.
5. Service Suspension and Termination
5.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Reseller's services for non-payment, violation of these terms, or misuse of the services.
5.2 In case of termination due to non-payment, all associated data will be permanently deleted after 7 calendar days, and the Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from the termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi (India).
